Susan Watson, M.P.H.

President, Board of Directors

Ms. Watson is a Program Director at the Public Health Institute. She brings with her over 20 years of commitment to community health. Ms. Watson cares deeply about the Foundation’s historical role as a leader in the community working to improve people’s lives. She joined the Board while leading a project with adolescents in Bayview Hunters Point and as the current Board President, she is committed to continuing to support the organization’s mission to serve some of San Francisco’s most vulnerable people. Ms. Watson holds a Master’s degree in Public Health and a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology.

Wayzel Fuller, Pharm.D.

Vice President, Board of Directors

Mrs. Fuller is a retired Pharmacist. She served Bayveiw Hunters Point Community her entire professional career.

CLAUDE T. EVERHART – Changemakers

Claude Everlart

Board Member

Claude Everhart has been a San Francisco community leader for over 40 years, beginning as a member of the Black Panther Party while a student at Lowell High. Among other roles, he has served as founder of Young Community Developers, chairman of Candlestick Point Citizen’s Advisory Committee, founder of Jelani House, Chief of Staff to Assemblyman Art Agnos, and Deputy Mayor of San Francisco.

James Kendrix, M.B.A.

Treasurer, Board of Directors

Mr. Kendrix became a member of the Bayview Hunters Point Foundation Board of Directors while employed as an administrator in the finance department at City College of San Francisco. His motivation was “to give back” by volunteering with a nonprofit organization having strong ties within a community and was serving the needs of those often under served. He has a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA).

Adam Cray, J.D., M.P.P.

Board Member

Adam Cray is a Vice President in the Community Development Banking group at Bank of America, where he structures, underwrites, and closes debt and equity financing for affordable multifamily housing projects. Prior to joining the Bank, Adam managed San Francisco’s Multifamily Securities Program for the Mayor’s Office of Housing and Community Development and rated municipal bonds for the Housing Enterprises and Structured Securities group at Standard & Poor’s Ratings Services. A policy analyst and lawyer by training, Adam holds a master’s degree in public policy from the University of California, Berkeley, and a juris doctorate from Emory University. In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for the Bayview Hunter’s Point Foundation, Adam is a current committee member, and former Board member, for the National Association of Local Housing Finance Agencies in Washington, D.C.

Chuck Coulson

Board Member

Vice President of Business Development and Alliances, Helpshift

Chuck brings more than 30 years of experience and has served in a variety of business development and strategic partnership roles, most recently as Global Head of Technology Partners at Google, Inc. Chuck has also served as a business development and alliances executive for SugarCRM, Parature Inc., (acquired by Microsoft), SAP and Salesforce.com.  Chuck started his career at Oracle Corporation in technical sales and global alliances.
