POSITION: Quality Assurance Manager (QA)

Classification: Exempt

Reports to: QA Director


Under the supervision of The Director of Quality Assurance (QA), the Quality Assurance Manager oversees compliance related projects, develops new policies and procedures as needed, and establishes and maintains relationships with other department leaders and county partners


  • Participate in QA Meetings and foster a positive and supportive team culture 
  • Provide regular supervision and provide coverage when needed 
  • Collaborate with BVHPF leadership as well as outside agencies 
  • Liaison with various county personnel to ensure ongoing collaboration, field concerns, and rectify any issues Liaison with QA Director and QA staff to ensure that both the needs of the program and the needs of QA Department are being met in a timely manner 
  • Develop policies and procedures as appropriate for the department 
  • Internal Audits of each program to assess for agency compliance 
  • Develop and provide trainings focused on compliance and other QA related topics 
  • Oversee QA development and processes within new programs created within the agency 


  • BA degree, Masters Level Degree preferred, preferably in Social Services or related field
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, computer and communication skills
  • At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role, including experience with increasing levels of responsibility and supervisory experience
  • Ability to work as a team member
  • Ability to prioritize projects
  • Valid driver’s license 
  • TB test clearance, fingerprinting clearance, and all other state/federal licensing or certification requirements.
  • Must show proof of COVID-19 fully vaccinated and boosted
