Behavioral Health Services
LEARN MOREWe have provided outpatient behavioral health services in the Bayview and other San Francisco communities since the 1970s. Over 400 clients are served annually. Our Bayview community center is located at 1625 Carroll Avenue and is open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Walk-ins and referrals are welcome. For more information, or to make an appointment, please call 415-822-8200.

Homeless Services
LEARN MOREWe have provided services for homeless individuals and families since 2019. Clients are referred to these programs through San Francisco’s coordinated care system.
