Housing Services

BVHPF has provided housing services in San Francisco since 2021. We assist formerly-homeless individuals and families to obtain permanent housing, and provide support services to enable them to maintain their housing and live independently. Clients are referred to these programs through San Francisco’s coordinated care system.

Rapid Rehousing (RRH)

RRH is a short-term housing subsidy program for individuals who were previously unhoused. Tenants live in private-market units and have access to supportive services provided by BVHPF, including case management, offers food security, life skills services, linkages to clinical support, housing retention assistance and barrier removal services.

Flexible Housing Subsidy Pool (FHSP)

FHSP is a permanent supportive housing program that provides tenants with long-term affordable housing in units within the private rental market. BVHPF offers case management, life skills services, clinical support, food security and housing retention assistance as part of this program.

Emergency Housing Vouchers (EHV)

The EHV program offers long-term rental assistance option to formerly homeless individuals. We provide support through housing location, case management to clients to remain stable while housed via mental health services, food security, money management resources, and recertification support.
