We have provided outpatient behavioral health services in the Bayview and other San Francisco communities since the 1970s. Over 400 clients are served annually. Our Bayview community center is located at 1625 Carroll Avenue and is open from 6:00 am to 8:00 pm. Walk-ins and referrals are welcome. The OMM program provides a medically-supervised alternative to heroin, fentanyl and other opioids. Individual and group counseling is also provided. Located at our Bayview community center.
The Jail Methadone Maintenance program serves incarcerated individuals in the San Francisco Jails and provides medically supervised alternatives to heroin, fentanyl, and other opioids.
The outpatient SUDS program provides individual and group counseling for adults seeking support to manage their drug or alcohol use and lead healthier lives. Located at our Bayview community center and other San Francisco locations.
Our adult outpatient program provides mental health services at our Bayview community center and other community locations. Our services include assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, rehabilitation services, targeted case management, crisis intervention, and psychiatry. These support healthy development and increase stability, self-sufficiency, and success in community living.
Our children outpatient program provides mental health services at our Bayview community center and in San Francisco schools. These services also include assessments, individual therapy, group therapy, rehabilitation services, targeted case management, crisis intervention, and psychiatry.
This program provides counseling for truant students at several schools in San Francisco.
